- Bus Driver Accused Of Assaulting Mentally Challenged Women: GREENSBURG, Pa. -- A Westmoreland County bus driver has been accused of assaulting four mentally challenged women while he drove them to therapy and school. Investigators said the driver would pull over on the side of the road and fondle them. "As you can imagine, when you're interviewing a victim, it can be sometimes difficult to illicit the information that you need. When you're talking to a person who is mentally challenged, it becomes even more difficult,&quo t; said Trooper Jeanne Martin. Police said once they complete their interviews, they plan to charge the bus driver with at least four counts of indecent assault. They're investigating the possibility of more victims.
